My Lucky Escape

I was doing some work at my work where I work when I am not doing my usual work, which is being Batman. When I was called, and it just wasn't any old call. No, it was a matter of life and death call. It was, the Batphone call. Yes, someone was in trouble. I immediately called my assistant Robin to the Batcave informing him that someone was in danger, grave danger. When we met at the cave, we got in the Batmobile and drove of to the White House which was where we were called. There, we met the ECOSOC (U.S. of course) and they told me that they had a whole bunch problems with microfinance. It was after hearing that horrible sentence that Robin fainted, leaving me all by myself for a little bit. I took a miniature batpillow from my utility belt and placed it under his head. After which, I turned around and looked straight into the eyes of the ECOSOC, and said this, "You as a people must know what lies ahead of you. You will be tormented, made fun of, humiliated, and much more. But the question is, are you willing to pay that price for microfinance?!"
Robin then made a start at the word, screamed, and fainted again.
"Yes!" they all replied, some people even had some tears starting to form.
I then straightened up, took a big, deep breath, cleared my throat, and said, "I DO NOT LIKE ECOSOC, YOU GUYS ARE NOW DEFINED AS CRAZY" I finished my sentence, got a quick glass of water, picked up Robin, and went home.
